Introduction

By accessing or using the services of Midnight Studios, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set out below. These terms are designed to ensure clear communication and fair business practices for both parties.

Services Provided

Midnight Studios offers 3D motion design, product visualization, animation, and video editing services. All work is custom-created based on the project brief and agreement with the client.

Payments

  • Advance Payments:
    Projects begin after receipt of an agreed-upon advance or deposit.

  • Final Payment:
    Full payment is required before delivery of final files or assets.

  • Late Payments:
    Delayed payments may result in project delays or withholding of final deliverables.

Project Scope & Revisions

  • Scope:
    All work will be delivered as agreed upon in the project brief or proposal. Any additional work or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

  • Revisions:
    We offer a set number of revisions as per the project agreement. Additional revisions may be billed separately.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, references, and feedback in a timely manner to avoid project delays.

Ownership & Usage Rights

  • Final Deliverables:
    Once full payment is received, clients gain rights to use the final files for agreed purposes (marketing, social media, advertising, etc.).

  • Work-in-Progress & Source Files:
    Midnight Studios retains ownership of project files, working files, and drafts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

  • Any confidential information or project details shared between Midnight Studios and the client will be kept private and not disclosed to third parties.

Cancellation

  • Either party may cancel the project in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will follow our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

  • Midnight Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the deliverables.

Changes to Terms

  • Midnight Studios reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
